Cooking time: 10 mins.

A few round slices of fig and roasted crushed almonds

1. Pour the thickened milk into a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Put the burner on low heat. Add lemon juice  to the boiling milk, very little at a time while continuously stirring.
2. Milk will curdle a little. Take care not to put the lemon juice all at once, otherwise  entire milk will curdle and the recipe does not call for it.
3. Mix corn flour in a little water. Pour it into the thickened milk while stirring continuously. Add sugar and simmer for a minute or two.
4. Add chopped figs and fold them without breaking the pieces. Chill in the refrigerator. Garnish with fig slices and serve.
